If you have a lotttttttt of free time in Bangkok, then don't forget to visit Lumphini Park. It's nothing like here in Malaysia

My favourite spot is the open air gym... it has all the equipment for a nice work out (for free)... and of course... you'll be wetting yourself silly just looking at the guys working out there....
